How to do it
- Find what you have in the fridge that might suit, and top up with something from the shop if needed.
- Cut it into suitable pieces and put it in a tight box with a lid.
- If you are going on a long trip, it is wise to wait with the cutting until you are about to serve and eat the trail tapas
