  • 2 slices of bread
  • Ketchup and mustard
  • Cheese
  • Cold cuts
  • A little butter for frying

  • A windproof trekking stove (stormkjøkken)/Primus/wood and matches for a campfire
  • Frying pan with a lid

How to do it

  1. Fry the cheese sandwiches with a little butter in a pan with a lid (or cover with foil)
  2. Turn them a couple of times
  3. Done when the cheese has melted and the bread has a crisp, crunchy crust on the outside.
