Ingredients

  • 6 dl milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dl plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • butter for frying

Equipment

  • Trekking stove/Primus/firewood and matches for a campfire
  • Frying pan
  • Spatula

How to do it

  1. Warm the butter a little in the pan first
  2. Pour in a little pancake batter; I like them a bit thin, so I lift the pan and spread the batter out a little before frying them
  3. Fry on both sides
  4. Take care that it does not get too hot, because then they just burn
