Ingredients
- 6 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 dl plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- butter for frying
Equipment
- Trekking stove/Primus/firewood and matches for a campfire
- Frying pan
- Spatula

How to do it
- Warm the butter a little in the pan first
- Pour in a little pancake batter; I like them a bit thin, so I lift the pan and spread the batter out a little before frying them
- Fry on both sides
- Take care that it does not get too hot, because then they just burn
