Tomato soup
2. Fry these together until the onion begins to soften

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 100 grams bacon
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- approx. 2 dl water
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4-6 tbsp single cream

- A windproof trekking stove (stormkjøkken)
How to do it
- Chop the onion and bacon
- Fry these together until the onion begins to soften
- Add the tomato, water and stock, and bring to the boil
- Add the sugar and cream just before serving
