1. Get the campfire going and let it burn for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g shaved reindeer
- Game spice (or kebab spice)
- 1 packet of salad mix or rocket
- 1 cucumber in thin strips
- 1 green apple in thin slices/batons
- 1 pepper or cherry tomatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 packet of tortilla wraps or pitta bread
- Oil for frying
Lingonberry soured cream
- 2 dl soured cream
- 1 dl lingonberry jam
- A little salt and pepper

- Trekking stove/Primus/wood and matches for a campfire
- Frying pan
- Fish slice
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Small cup/bowl for the lingonberry soured cream
How to do it
- Get the campfire going and let it burn for about 15 minutes.
- Make the lingonberry soured cream.
- Cut up the vegetables.
- Fry a little meat at a time over a good heat, season it and add the mushrooms.
- Put the meat on a wrap, add whatever vegetables you like and add plenty of lingonberry soured cream.
Tips
- You can use pitta bread or lompe as a substitute for tortilla wraps.
- A child-friendly version of this dish; bring the taco leftovers, heat them up and put them in the wraps.
