Ramsons pesto
1. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until nicely golden. This brings out even more flavour.

Ingredients
- 200 g ramsons
- 2 dl pine nuts
- 50 g parmesan, in pieces
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 dl olive oil
- the juice of 1 lime

How to do it
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until nicely golden. This brings out even more flavour.
- Put the ramsons, pine nuts, parmesan and salt in a food processor.
- Add the lime juice and oil in a thin stream while the processor runs. The pesto is ready when everything is nicely combined.
