5. Roll up and cut into slices about 2-3 cm thick

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made shop-bought pizza dough
  • 1 tin of pizza sauce
  • Filling of your choice, for example:
    • ham and sweetcorn
    • mince
    • pepperoni
  • Grated cheese
  • A little oregano

Equipment

  • A windproof trekking stove (stormkjøkken) or a campfire
  • Frying pan, ideally with a lid

How to do it

  1. Roll out the pizza base

  2. Spread over the pizza sauce

  3. Distribute the filling over it

  4. Sprinkle on cheese

  6. Fry over medium heat until cooked through
