1. Put snow and salt in a large plastic bag that holds about 8 litres.

Ingredients

In the large bag

  • 4 l snow (an 8-litre bag half full)
  • 10 tbsp salt (200-250 grams)

In the small bag

  • 2 dl Whipping cream
  • 1 dl Whole milk 3.5% fat
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Topping

  • 1 Kvikk Lunsj

How to do it

  1. Put snow and salt in a large plastic bag that holds about 8 litres.

  2. Pour the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar into a smaller bag that holds about 6 litres.

  3. Blow in air and tie the bag tightly shut. It should be inflated so that about half of it is air.

  1. Put the cream bag into the bag with salt and snow, and tie it tightly around the top so that the cream bag is held firmly in place.
  2. Hold the bag with both hands and shake until the cream turns into soft serve, about 10 minutes.

  1. Cut a hole in the bag and squeeze the soft serve out into cups. Serve with Kvikk Lunsj or other chocolate.
