1. Put snow and salt in a large plastic bag that holds about 8 litres.

Ingredients
In the large bag
- 4 l snow (an 8-litre bag half full)
- 10 tbsp salt (200-250 grams)

In the small bag
- 2 dl Whipping cream
- 1 dl Whole milk 3.5% fat
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Topping
- 1 Kvikk Lunsj
How to do it

Put snow and salt in a large plastic bag that holds about 8 litres.

Pour the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar into a smaller bag that holds about 6 litres.

Blow in air and tie the bag tightly shut. It should be inflated so that about half of it is air.

- Put the cream bag into the bag with salt and snow, and tie it tightly around the top so that the cream bag is held firmly in place.
- Hold the bag with both hands and shake until the cream turns into soft serve, about 10 minutes.

- Cut a hole in the bag and squeeze the soft serve out into cups. Serve with Kvikk Lunsj or other chocolate.
