Repairs after a trip

When you come home from a trip, you may have gear that needs attention. The emergency repairs we made on the trip need improving, or doing more neatly. Much of the gear we use on a trip is made of textiles that are glued or sewn together. Glue is a versatile aid for repairing friluftsliv clothing and gear. Sometimes gluing is better or easier than sewing. For example, holes deep inside rucksacks are often impossible to get under the sewing machine.
