Ingredients

  • Ribbon pasta
  • 1-2 packs of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ - 1 jar of bedaost in oil
  • A little parmesan
  • A few leaves of fresh basil

Servings

Equipment

  • Trekking stove (stormkjøkken)/Primus/wood and matches for a campfire
  • Frying pan
  • Pot
  • Stirring utensil

How to do it

  1. Cook the pasta first, remembering a little oil and salt in the cooking water
  2. Fry the tomatoes in a little of the oil first over moderate heat
  3. Then add the bedaost and continue heating with the lid on until the tomatoes have burst open and the bedaost has melted
  4. Stir it together lightly
  5. Serve in bowls, with a little grated parmesan and a couple of basil leaves
