1. Cook the pasta first, remembering a little oil and salt in the cooking water

- Ribbon pasta
- 1-2 packs of cherry tomatoes
- ½ - 1 jar of bedaost in oil
- A little parmesan
- A few leaves of fresh basil

- Trekking stove (stormkjøkken)/Primus/wood and matches for a campfire
- Frying pan
- Pot
- Stirring utensil
How to do it
- Cook the pasta first, remembering a little oil and salt in the cooking water
- Fry the tomatoes in a little of the oil first over moderate heat
- Then add the bedaost and continue heating with the lid on until the tomatoes have burst open and the bedaost has melted
- Stir it together lightly
- Serve in bowls, with a little grated parmesan and a couple of basil leaves
