Creamed Chanterelles
1. Brush the chanterelles and cut the largest ones into slightly smaller pieces.

- 150 g chanterelles
- 2 dl cream
- 4 slices Parma ham
- 0.5 onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 1 handful fresh thyme

How to do it
- Brush the chanterelles and cut the largest ones into slightly smaller pieces.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Put the chanterelles in the pan and leave them for a couple of minutes. Shake the pan gently.
- Cut the Parma ham and onion into small pieces, and add them to the pan along with the chanterelles. Fry until the chanterelles turn dry.
- Pour over the cream, salt, pepper and thyme, and let it simmer over low heat until the cream has cooked in.
