| Group size | Three, see groups below |
| Form of overnight stay | sleeping out |

Everyone is going on a trip in this area:
The area you will be going on a trip. Map base: Statens kartverk, https://norgeskart.no/#!?project=norgeskart&layers=1002&zoom=12&lat=6660139.85&lon=260674.33&markerLat=6658508.147354598&markerLon=263226.90210290736&p=searchOptionsPanel&sok=Gamle Maridalsvei
- You may choose to go east or west of the road (it is also possible to cross the road and spend a day in each area if you wish).
- The starting point is at Kirkeby, at the far end of Maridalen. There is a bus here.
- It is possible to set off on the evening of 9 May if anyone wishes to — this must be arranged in advance, should it apply
- It is important that you plan the trip according to your skills. Choose a trip that is suitably challenging.
- You are welcome to plan a trip that goes somewhat off-trail, if you want to challenge yourself on this and are comfortable reading a map
- NB! The trip plan must be approved by the teacher to make sure the planned trip is feasible
- This trip is a final-assessment trip. The planning, carrying out and follow-up work for the trip should show what you have learned over the course of the year.
- The teacher will be available in the area you are travelling in and will visit the groups as agreed
