Can one person contribute to sustainable change?
For the world’s development to become sustainable, we have to bring about change. We have to work together across national borders, and everyone has to contribute: governments, voluntary organisations and businesses. You and I.
In this project you are going to work with changes that each of us can make. Over the course of 30 days you are going to change a habit that has an impact on sustainable development. Can that become a contribution to sustainable development?
You are going to
- discuss the habits you have, and how they affect sustainable development
- carry out a test that helps you work out which issues engage you the most
- plan and carry out a project in which you are to make a change over 30 days
- examine different perspectives connected to what you choose to change
About the project
This project is cross-curricular. When you carry it out, you will draw on knowledge and skills from many subjects, including social studies, Norwegian and natural science.
The project lasts 30 days, but you can decide for yourselves how much time you spend at school over the course of the project.
The learning path below will guide you through the various phases of the project.
