Before the trip
Self-reflection and individual preparation (submitted on Teams - individually):
- What are your aims for the trip?
- What do you particularly want to challenge yourself on?
- Show what you have packed and give a short explanation of why (you can choose whether to submit film, photo, text or a combination)
Plan the following in groups (submitted on Teams in groups):
- Shared food
- Two dinners, one for the group and one for the whole class
- Shared equipment
- Write a proposal for assessment on the trip based on the competence aims

Write in concretely what you think counts as low, medium and high goal attainment (or only high) on the mountain hike

On the trip
- Give some thought to your own performance
- Take notice of the others in the class; is there anyone who stands out, either in skills, in the social side or in both?
- Help everyone to have a good trip
- Look after yourself and others
- Focus on the following of the competence aims for the trip:
- Orienteering and route choice

- Group dynamics
After the trip

- What did you learn on the trip?
- Assess yourself against the aims for the trip - explain why you assess yourself the way you do (see the goal-attainment form)
- What experiences did you gain on the trip? Did you reach your aims and what did you get to challenge yourself on?
- Say something positive about others in the class and how you managed to function as a group
- Tell, as concretely as possible, about good experiences you had on the trip and why
