  • plan, carry out and assess activities and trips as a guide for a group Relevance to the subject / putting it into practice: • practise planning trail food for longer trips • find trail food suited to drying and to winter trips where the food freezes • prepare food that meets the requirements of different trips
    • both drying food and making, for example, “oat bombs” • gain knowledge of which nutrients we need on a trip and how much food is needed, especially on longer trips
